Cryptocurrency Trader and Portfolio Manager Roles (Full-Time)
Job Description
We have a part-time or full-time role for a cryptocurrency traders. The position is to build on our volatility trading strategies and develop new businesses in systematic trading, tactical allocation and DeFi markets, depending on your background. We continue to develop and upgrade our own portfolio and risk management, data analysis and market dashboard tools, and can also allocate resources to develop additional tools under your guidance if needed. The successful candidates will be responsible for managing their respective books and building into areas where there are opportunities, working closely with the head of trading and collaborating with the quant team.
The role offers the chance to build on what you have achieved so far in your career, while also branching out as you perform and develop your mandate. We offer a salary and performance related pay package depending on experience, capabilities and mentoring requirements.

We are looking for focused and entrepreneurial candidates, with excellent attention to detail. We want candidates that are great at spotting opportunities and can research them well before pursuing. Passion for derivatives and portfolio management is very important, as is being self-motivated and having the ability to work in a team as well as alone. Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in trading, portfolio management, portfolio construction or risk management roles
Based in London but open to remote working
Most suited to those with Mathematics/Engineering/Computing or related degrees
Strong statistics and probabilities skills are required
Great attention to detail is required
English language fluency is vital
Python or C++ knowledge is useful but not required
AI/machine learning experience is useful but not required
Responsibilities:
Management and responsibility for a trading book, working within your specific trading mandates and risk limits
Reporting to the Head of Trading, and collaborating where needed
Work with the quantitative development team to evolve the trading, data analysis and portfolio risk management applications
